This Privacy Policy explains what data MortgagePath collects, how we use it, and your rights. MortgagePath provides educational information only and is not a regulated mortgage adviser.
What we collect
Snapshot inputs (property value, deposit, income figures, commitments, dependants, notes), your email address, your consent choices, and optional broker-introduction preference. We also log basic, non-identifying analytics events to improve the site.
How we use it
To generate and email your Snapshot, to remember your preferences, to improve content and accuracy, and (only if you opt in) to introduce you to a regulated mortgage broker or partner.
Where we store it
Snapshot submissions are stored securely in our database. We may export summary records to internal spreadsheets or partner systems where you have opted in.
We send Snapshot results by email via a transactional email provider. We do not sell or rent your email address.
